Seriously though, I have no regrets. Like Kimberly has mentioned before about vacations, they feel short and long all at the same time. I feel like I have been here for three months. I have built so many memories, so many experiences, and I've grown a little too. I haven't turned on a TV for the entire vacation, and don't plan to. And you know what, I haven't missed it one bit. I think why life passes by so fast for us people sometimes is not just responsibility, but the time we each waste on things that take up so much time without really realizing it. I'm throwing myself into that pile, and believe me I'm rethinking it. :O)
It really has been great though, I talked more with the lady into art, her name is Heather, and though I'm positive she will have much to learn in some coming years, though the same can be said for any person including myself, she is about as sweet as can be, and that will prove great for her furture, as long as some dumb guy doesn't break her heart. She's about Kimberly and Corey's age, and very expressive artistically. We exchanged e-mails and she gave me her web address mostly to just have an exchange of art and writings, not so much from an "oo baby I want to kiss you standpoint" LOL :O) Though I wouldn't complain if she did LOL. I think it would prove wise to start making contacts and friends in the art realm.
Cupid must live in Key West though, if you are a couple (or even single), whether you are recently married, or married for 20 years, you can come and get lost in each other in Key West, trust me. I've been to quite a few places and Key West has the potential to be extremely romantic for any couple, or person as was to my own surprise. Put yourself in the right hotel, in the right place, and you will swear Cupid is standing on your shoulder. There is even a road here called Love Lane. ;O)
There are so many unique things here too. Like Roosters, you can be driving down one of the little roads, and BAM, there's a rooster. Or a Chicken with her little chickies. Plenty of mosquitos, but I haven't seen the first bee, ok I think I did see one wasp the entire week. :O)
I rented a bike and it is the only way to travel here in my opinion, park the car and forget it. I can ride all over the island and everything in between on a bike easy. No hills, and you can be from one side of the island to the other in minutes.
Joe, Bob, Perry, Ginger, Heather, Kattie, Kathleen, Stephanie, Jerry, James, are just a few of the people I met here. I swear, if you don't want to be around people, and you don't like to socialize, DO NOT come to the Keys. Everyone is mellow, everyone is happy, you will hardly hear a fuss anywhere. People will want to talk to you, people will want to be with you, and you can't hide as you might even get drug into a street show performance. :O) So if you is a recluse, stay home... ;O)
I did much of nothing today, mostly relaxed. I rode my bike to the beach, hung out, swam, collected shells, took a picture for an Argintinean family, then slowly went and got a new shirt, then slowly went to eat dinner......speaking of dinner, Kimberly, please find it in your heart to forgive me, I had lemon covered dolphin.....and it was sooooo good! :OP....LOL Then I slowly went over to watch the last sunset here, and it didn't dissapoint. Enjoy the picture show, and please forgive the botchy angles, I took them all with my cell phone. :O)

Sounds like you are having a wonderful adventure that was well worth the drive.
